Donation Drives

The Agoo Sessions (pronounce ah-GO) is a monthly pop-up donation drive and community gathering series. These events offer the Denver community a chance to engage with purpose, build community, and support an emerging youth arts program.

More than just an art supply collection, each Agoo Session is designed to be a space for artists, musicians, small businesses, and community members to come together in intentional celebration — with tangible impact.

“Agoo” is a call and response from the Twi language. It means “Do I have your attention/are you listening?”, to which one would reply “Amee” (pronounced ah-MAY)- “I am listening/you have my attention”.

First Session- Union Hall

Our very first Agoo Session will be hosted by Union Hall in Denver! We are asking for new or gently-used art and photography supplies for our program, as well as the pleasure of your company! Join us for a community sketchbook session, photo station, spoken word, and some displayed works by local artists. Small bites and beverages, with on-site coffee shop Kaffe Landskap open during the event. We hope to see you there!
